Cooperative training at the Board of Grievances 2026: Apply via the Expert platform

The General Directorate of Human Resources at the Board of Grievances has announced the opening of applications for cooperative training programs for the second semester, targeting male and female students from Saudi universities and institutes, through the “Khabeer” digital portal. This step comes as part of the Board’s commitment to attracting young national talent and preparing them for the job market.

Application dates and registration process

The administration clarified that the application period will begin on January 4, 2026, and continue until January 11, 2026. The actual training period is scheduled to begin on January 20, 2026, during which successful candidates will have the opportunity for practical training in various courts, departments, and affiliated facilities of the Board of Grievances throughout the Kingdom.

Required specializations and target groups

The program targets a wide range of male and female students from public universities and the Institute of Public Administration, and covers a diverse array of disciplines that align with the operational, administrative, and judicial needs of the Court. Available disciplines include:

  • Sharia and legal specializations: Sharia, Systems, Law, Fundamentals of Religion, Diploma in Legal Studies, and Islamic Studies.
  • Administrative and financial specializations: Human Resources, Materials Management, Secretarial, Accounting, Financial Management, and Business Administration.
  • Technical specializations: Information Technology, Cybersecurity.
  • Communication specializations: Public Relations and Media.

The importance of training in the Board of Grievances

Training at the Board of Grievances is of particular importance given its status as an independent administrative judicial body directly linked to the King, specializing in adjudicating disputes involving government entities. Training at this judicial institution provides students with a unique opportunity to understand the nature of administrative judicial work and gain firsthand experience of litigation procedures, enriching their knowledge and bridging the gap between theoretical academic knowledge and practical application.

Supporting the Kingdom's Vision 2030 and developing human capabilities

This initiative falls within a broader context aligned with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, specifically the Human Capital Development Program. Through its digital platform, "Khabeer" (Expert), the Board of Grievances seeks to enhance the digital transformation of its procedures, not only in the judicial sphere but also in administrative and training aspects. The program aims to elevate the skills of trainees and strengthen communication between the judicial system and academic institutions, thereby contributing to the infusion of qualified new talent into the Saudi labor market, capable of keeping pace with the rapid developments across various sectors.
