Details of welcoming Egyptian pilgrims with Saudi coffee and roses for the Hajj season

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia witnessed a remarkable spiritual event with the arrival of pilgrims from Egypt warmly welcomed in a gesture reflecting the Kingdom's renowned hospitality. Authorities greeted the first groups of pilgrims from the Arab Republic of Egypt with a special ceremony, offering them Saudi coffee, roses, souvenirs, meals, and blessed Zamzam water, amidst welcoming expressions of joy at their arrival to perform the fifth pillar of Islam.
This first group consisted of 103 pilgrims, representing the vanguard of approximately 25,000 Egyptian pilgrims selected by lottery who will perform Hajj this year. The Tawafa Company for Arab Pilgrims is responsible for providing them with the necessary services to ensure a smooth and spiritually enriching experience from the moment they arrive until they complete their rituals and return home safely.
The depth of historical relations in welcoming Egyptian pilgrims
In this context, the CEO of Ikram Al-Daif Company, Saudi Eid, affirmed that the relationship with the Egyptian Hajj mission is a long-standing and deeply rooted one. These strong ties extend back to the establishment of the Tawafa Establishment for Pilgrims from Arab Countries nearly four decades ago and continue to this day. This relationship is evident in the great attention and comprehensive care that the Kingdom bestows upon Egyptian pilgrims. Historically, the Hajj journey from Egypt to the Hijaz has always garnered official and popular attention, with Egyptian pilgrim caravans receiving a warm welcome that reflects the fraternal bond between the two nations. This historical legacy is what ensures the continuity and flourishing of this relationship to this day, with sincere prayers that the pilgrims perform their rituals with ease, comfort, and safety.
The Kingdom's efforts and Vision 2030 in serving the guests of God
For his part, Ghazi Radi, Executive Vice President of Ikram Al-Dhaif Company, welcomed the pilgrims, emphasizing the company's ongoing efforts to utilize all available resources. The primary goal is to provide the utmost comfort and ease for pilgrims during their Hajj rituals. These efforts align with the vision of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz – may God protect him – which places the care of pilgrims at the forefront of its priorities. The "Serving the Guests of God" program, one of the most important programs of Saudi Vision 2030, is a clear testament to the regional and international impact of the Kingdom's efforts. It aims to bring about a qualitative leap in the Hajj and Umrah experience, providing the best and most distinguished services so that pilgrims can perform their rituals and acts of worship in a spiritually uplifting and reverent atmosphere.
Quality initiatives to enhance the Hajj experience
Ghazi Radi noted the implementation of various initiatives during the reception programs for pilgrims, whom the relevant authorities are honored to serve from every continent. This impact is not limited to the local level but extends internationally, reflecting the Kingdom's positive image in crowd management and providing exceptional care to millions of Muslims annually.
