• Select the service “Report loss or damage to air rifle license”.
• Click on “Start Service”.
• Select the “weapon” to be reported from the list.
• Fill in the required information accurately.
• Review the data, then confirm and execute the request.

The platform also provides beneficiaries with the “data review” feature, which enables them to follow up on previously submitted reports regarding lost or damaged licenses, and to view the status and details of the application directly.
