As part of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's ongoing efforts to serve pilgrims, His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishaal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Qassim Region, inspected the readiness of services provided at the land pilgrims' city in Buraidah. This inspection tour aimed to closely examine the comprehensive preparations and integrated services dedicated to pilgrims arriving via land border crossings. Statistics show that more than 6,100 pilgrims have benefited from these services since the city's opening this year, reflecting the high efficiency of its operations and reception.

For decades, it has served as a major transit point and strategic station for pilgrim caravans arriving from neighboring countries, particularly from the north and east. During the field visit, His Royal Highness the Prince of Qassim inspected all the facilities and services provided to pilgrims, receiving detailed briefings from officials of the participating government agencies. The briefings covered the operational programs and approved plans for receiving the pilgrims and ensuring their comfort and access to comprehensive services. His Royal Highness emphasized that the Kingdom's tremendous efforts are a continuation of the wise leadership's approach—may God protect them—and its constant commitment to caring for pilgrims and providing the highest levels of service. He said, "We praise and thank God who has bestowed upon this country and its wise leadership the privilege of serving the pilgrims. All security and service sectors strive to attain this great honor, of which this blessed land is proud.".
Integration of government efforts and ongoing leadership support
The Governor of Qassim Province noted the remarkable increase in the participation of government agencies in the Hajj City year after year, indicating that this reflects a spirit of cooperation and a sincere desire to serve the pilgrims. He explained that the number of participating government agencies was less than 20 years ago, while this year the number has reached nearly 30 security and service agencies, which is clear evidence of everyone's desire to provide all possible facilities for the guests of God. His Highness also commended the direct support and attention that pilgrims and Umrah performers receive from the wise leadership – may God protect them – and concluded his statement by emphasizing the importance of continuing this cooperation to provide the best services from the moment the pilgrims arrive until their safe departure, asking God to accept their rituals.
