The attendees reviewed the current stock levels and projected production for the coming period, including the intensive preparations for the Hajj season. The meeting revealed promising figures for the first quarter of 2026, with monthly broiler chicken production reaching approximately 125,470 tons in March, and monthly stockpiles of nearly 16,278 tons. The Deputy Minister also explained that production of heavier chickens (over 1,500 grams) approached 77,000 tons, with four major companies commencing actual production at the beginning of this month. Regarding table eggs, daily production was estimated at over 24 million eggs, with stockpiles exceeding 26.6 million eggs during March, equivalent to approximately 74,000 cartons, confirming the readiness to fully meet all market needs.
