With the increasing number of pilgrims arriving from all corners of the earth, the urgent need arose for a qualitative leap that would keep pace with global technological advancements. This led to the comprehensive digital transformation of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, culminating in the launch of the “Nusk” digital platform. In 2019, the Direct Care initiative was launched to complement the digital platform, establishing a new phase based on real-time data and rapid intervention to ensure the comfort of pilgrims.

  • Providing direct support to users through the “Nusk” smart application.
  • Measuring vital signs and providing initial health support.
