An additional 20% is allocated to documented volunteer work through approved national platforms, provided that the volunteering hours are no less than 40 and no more than 800. Accredited training courses are also counted at an additional 20%. Furthermore, bonus points are awarded to employees who have contributed to financial savings, improved performance efficiency, or received professional excellence certificates.

In the event of a tie between nominees, additional selection criteria will be applied, including seniority on the general pay scale, academic qualifications, and the date of graduation.
