The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is hosting an Iftar banquet for heads of diplomatic missions in Riyadh
In a Ramadan atmosphere reflecting authentic Saudi hospitality and embodying the depth of the Kingdom's international relations, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs today hosted its annual Iftar banquet, bringing together a select group of diplomats and representatives of international organizations. The event was held under the patronage of His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and in the presence of His Excellency the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Engineer Waleed bin Abdulkarim Al-Khuraiji, and His Excellency the Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Executive Affairs, Mr. Abdulhadi bin Ahmed Al-Mansouri.
The Ministry hosted, at its headquarters in the capital Riyadh, the heads of diplomatic missions, regional bodies and offices, as well as the secretaries of international organizations accredited to the Kingdom, in celebration of the holy month of Ramadan, in an annual tradition aimed at building bridges of human and cultural communication away from strict official protocols.
