The Minister of Transport and Logistics, accompanied by officials from the Ministry of Investment, inspected operations at King Abdullah Port in Rabigh Governorate today. This inspection tour comes as part of the government's ongoing efforts to develop the logistics sector, ensure the smooth flow of container handling, and enhance the efficiency of supply chains. During the visit, the officials reviewed the handling operations within the port, assessed the operational readiness of the facilities, and monitored workflow at the berths to guarantee the smooth flow of goods and the continuity of operations with high efficiency, in accordance with the highest international standards.

The port is a landmark in the history of Saudi ports, having been launched with an ambitious vision to be the first port in the Kingdom and the region to be fully developed, managed, and operated by the private sector.
