With the participation of 17 entities, an integrated health system is in place to support emergency cases within the Holy Mosque

The Authority's role in this system is highlighted through its direct involvement Emergency cases Providing primary emergency care within the Holy Mosque, in coordination with health authorities operating within the Grand Mosque, in a model that reflects the level of coordination between the various health sectors to serve pilgrims and visitors.
Various parties and ongoing coordination
The Authority operates within a collaborative system comprising 17 health entities from the government, private medical, and non-profit sectors. This system maintains continuous coordination with hospitals and health centers in the central area, in addition to supporting ambulance services and field deployment plans, thus contributing to a faster response to emergencies.
Ambulance teams are deployed within the Grand Mosque, its courtyards, and the surrounding central areas via foot patrols, ambulance centers, and various deployment points. They also utilize light and advanced ambulance vehicles to facilitate rapid access to patients in densely populated areas.
This integrated system contributes to the swift handling of emergencies and the provision of highly efficient ambulance care, reflecting the Kingdom's efforts to serve the pilgrims within the Grand Mosque.
