King Salman Relief Center performs 50 orthopedic surgeries in Gaza – Details

As part of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's ongoing humanitarian efforts to support the Palestinian health sector, the volunteer medical team from the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief a new medical milestone in the Gaza Strip. The team successfully performed 50 advanced and specialized orthopedic surgeries at the Arab National Hospital in Gaza, offering a glimmer of hope for the injured and sick amidst the current circumstances.

The medical campaign's efforts extended beyond surgical procedures to include providing specialized medical care and consultations to 402 patients through its orthopedic clinic. These efforts are part of a volunteer orthopedic surgery project running from December 5th to 27th, aimed at providing high-quality healthcare for critical and chronic cases requiring delicate surgical interventions.

This project is of exceptional importance given the deteriorating health situation in the Gaza Strip, where hospitals are under immense pressure and suffering from a severe shortage of specialized medical personnel and surgical supplies.
