The center's voucher system is distinguished by its preservation of the beneficiaries' dignity, allowing them the freedom to choose winter clothing that suits their needs and their children's sizes from approved stores, rather than receiving pre-packaged parcels that may not meet the individual requirements of each family. This enhances the efficiency of humanitarian work and maximizes the benefit for those affected.
