Details of terrorist crimes
According to the Ministry's statement, Hussein bin Haider bin Alawi Al-Qallaf, Mohammed bin Ahmed bin Saud Al Hamad, and Hassan bin Saleh bin Mahdi Salim formed a terrorist cell that carried out several criminal operations. The most prominent of these crimes included targeting security personnel, resulting in the martyrdom of one officer and the injury of another, as well as indiscriminate and direct gunfire at security headquarters and official vehicles. The judicial process and enforcement of the ruling
The Ministry of Interior clarified that security forces, thanks to God and their vigilance, were able to apprehend the aforementioned perpetrators. Following the completion of investigations and their indictment for these crimes, they were referred to the competent court. A legal ruling was issued against them, confirming the charges and sentencing them to death by way of discretionary punishment. The ruling became final after its appeal and confirmation by the Supreme Court, and a royal decree was issued to carry out the legally mandated punishment. The execution was carried out today, Tuesday, 3 Rajab 1447 AH, corresponding to December 23, 2025.
