The authority explained that the new mechanism begins with individuals and non-profit organizations registering through its online portal, followed by payment via the "Ihsan" platform. Individuals are offered options equivalent to one trip consisting of 25 or 50 meals, while organizations are required to provide a minimum of ten meals for men and ten for women. Upon payment, the "Nusk Humanitarian Foundation" manages contracts with implementing companies and issues necessary permits, while also allowing donors to monitor progress and receive periodic reports, documented with photos, to ensure the service reaches beneficiaries.
