The Ministry explained that the center contributed to achieving an unprecedented qualitative leap in operational indicators during the 1447 AH Hajj season. This was accomplished through the implementation of an advanced and comprehensive measurement system that included tracking more than 95 precise indicators to measure the quality and efficiency of services provided. In addition, the operational status is monitored and field changes are tracked around the clock through immediate response to more than two thousand direct interventions. This procedure is carried out in coordination with all service providers and relevant authorities, within a unified work system aimed at addressing operational challenges and improving service quality, placing the comfort and safety of pilgrims at the forefront of priorities.
