In this regard, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Association, Dr. Hatem Al-Marzouki, explained that the Association has dedicated all its human, operational, and volunteer resources to serving the pilgrims of the Sacred House of God, stemming from its noble mission to enrich the experience of the guests of God. He affirmed that the Association operates according to integrated operational and field plans aimed at reaching the largest possible segment through high-quality projects and enriching and awareness-raising services.
Al-Marzouqi pointed out that these tremendous efforts are an extension of the unlimited support that the Hajj and Umrah services sector receives from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince – may God protect them – which enhances the quality of services provided. He stated that the non-profit sector is witnessing a qualitative leap in its contributions through professional initiatives and advanced operational systems that effectively facilitate the spiritual journey in an atmosphere of tranquility and peace during the performance of the rituals, reflecting the fruitful integration between various sectors in serving the pilgrims of the Two Holy Mosques.
