Arrival of the first groups of pilgrims to the Holy House of God in Mecca, 1447 AH

have arrived of pilgrims in Mecca and then proceeded to the Grand Mosque in preparation for performing the Hajj rituals for this year, 1447 AH. These initial groups arrive in an atmosphere of faith, tranquility, and peace, amidst a comprehensive system of high-quality services provided by the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince – may God protect them – to facilitate the pilgrims' journey from the moment of their arrival until the completion of their rituals with ease and safety.

The entrances to the Holy City of Mecca witnessed a smooth and highly efficient flow of pilgrims, supported by comprehensive organizational and security plans implemented by the relevant authorities to ensure swift procedures and ease of movement. Various governmental and service sectors collaborated to provide an exceptional experience for the pilgrims, enhancing the transportation system, improving accommodation and catering services, and upgrading the readiness of health facilities and hospitals surrounding the holy sites to ensure a healthy and safe environment for all.

These efforts include launching smart platforms, unified digital cards for pilgrims, and applications for guidance, transportation, and instant healthcare. These technological transformations aim to elevate the Hajj experience year after year, ensuring the utmost comfort and ease for pilgrims, reflecting the Kingdom’s leading role in serving the Muslim world.
