According to the Ministry's statement, the sentences were carried out against Rayan bin Yousef bin Ibrahim Al-Dubaikhi, Mohammed bin Suleiman bin Mohammed Al-Thuwaini, and Abdulrahman bin Ibrahim bin Ahmed Al-Ayiri. Extensive security investigations revealed their involvement in a series of organized criminal activities, including joining a terrorist organization abroad, manufacturing explosives, and possessing weapons and live ammunition. The charges also included financing terrorist operations and harboring and concealing wanted individuals, which posed a direct threat to society.

Following the completion of investigations and the formal indictment, they were referred to the competent court, which issued a ruling confirming their guilt. The sentence became final after being upheld by the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court, and a royal decree was issued ordering the execution of the legally mandated punishment. The sentence was carried out on Wednesday, 18 Rajab 1447 AH, corresponding to January 7, 2026.
