The sixth Ihsan Charity Campaign launched under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques
With the gracious approval of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, may God protect him, the sixth edition of the National Campaign for Charitable Work, organized by the National Platform for Charitable Work “Ihsan,” was launched on Friday evening. This launch comes as an extension of the wise leadership’s support and care for the charitable work sector in the Kingdom, and in an effort to maximize its positive impact and expand its reach during the blessed month of Ramadan, in which good deeds are multiplied and the values of giving and solidarity are manifested.
Ihsan Platform: Digital Leadership in Charitable Work
Established by royal decree in 2021 and overseen by the Saudi Data & Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), the “Ihsan” platform is a pioneering model for the governance and digitization of charitable work. The platform aims to leverage cutting-edge technologies to enhance transparency and reliability in the non-profit sector, facilitate donations for benefactors, and ensure their contributions reach those in need in the fastest and most efficient way. Since its launch, the platform has successfully earned the trust of Saudi society, with total donations through it exceeding billions of riyals, benefiting millions across various sectors.

The National Charity Campaign is of paramount importance as it coincides with Ramadan, a month that represents the peak of giving among members of society. The campaign aims to channel this generosity through official and secure channels covering multiple vital sectors, including healthcare, education, housing, alleviating the hardship of those in need, sponsoring orphans, and providing access to clean water.
