The Board of Grievances is developing the services of the Mu'een platform by surveying beneficiaries' opinions

The Board of Grievances, represented by its Digital Judicial Operations Center, announced the launch of a new survey aimed at monitoring and measuring user feedback on the "Judicial Request Submission Service" available through the "Mueen" digital platform. This step comes as part of the Board's ongoing efforts to improve the quality of electronic services and enhance the efficiency of the digital litigation system in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Measuring beneficiary satisfaction and improving procedures

The Diwan explained that the survey focuses primarily on measuring the satisfaction of direct beneficiaries with the service's features, from the ease of application procedures to the mechanisms for uploading required documents. This measure aims to identify any technical or procedural challenges that users of the platform may encounter and to address them to ensure a smooth and efficient user experience.

Mu'een Platform: A cornerstone of judicial digital transformation

The "Moeen" digital platform is the backbone of judicial services at the Board of Grievances, representing a qualitative leap in the history of administrative justice in the Kingdom. Since its launch, the platform has successfully transformed all litigation procedures into a fully electronic process, eliminating paper transactions and saving litigants time and effort. This survey confirms that technological development is an ongoing process that does not end with launch but rather relies on periodic updates based on feedback from the field.

Keeping pace with the Kingdom's Vision 2030

This approach aligns with the Board of Grievances' overall strategy, which is consistent with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, particularly regarding the National Transformation Program and the development of e-government. These efforts aim to enhance transparency, expedite litigation processes, and support the Kingdom's investment environment by providing an efficient and advanced administrative judiciary that utilizes the latest technologies and artificial intelligence.

The importance of community participation

The Board of Grievances affirmed that involving beneficiaries in the service evaluation process is a key enabler for the success of development plans. By listening to feedback from lawyers, litigants, and the general public, the Digital Judicial Operations Center can develop a precise roadmap for future improvements, ensuring that services provided meet the actual needs of the public.

The Bureau called on all beneficiaries to participate actively in this survey, stressing that all opinions and suggestions will be taken into consideration and will be subject to careful study and analysis to draw conclusions that serve the interest of developing effective justice.
