Career Days Exhibition at Alfaisal University: 400 Jobs in Riyadh

The Saudi capital, Riyadh, is preparing to host a prominent professional event tomorrow, bringing together the aspirations of young people and the evolving needs of the job market. Alfaisal University's highly anticipated annual "Career Days" event will commence. This event is held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Bandar bin Saud bin Khalid, Secretary General of the King Faisal Foundation, Member of the Board of Trustees, and Chairman of the Executive Committee at the university. The activities will continue from January 27th to 29th.

Promising opportunities and high-quality training

This year's Career Days exhibition features a wide range of real opportunities, offering over 400 immediate job openings , in addition to more than 100 cooperative training opportunities . The event is not just a recruitment platform; it also offers specialized "career clinics," including one-on-one mentoring sessions and mock interviews, designed to hone graduates' skills and prepare them to confidently face the challenges of real job interviews.

Alignment with the Kingdom's Vision 2030

This event holds strategic importance that extends beyond the university walls, aligning directly with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 , particularly its human capital development program. Such exhibitions play a pivotal role in reducing unemployment rates and supporting Saudization policies by directly connecting young Saudi talent with the private sector. These events help bridge the traditional gap between theoretical academic output and the actual needs of the labor market, especially in promising sectors prioritized by the Vision, such as logistics, consulting, and technology.

Interactive platform and strategic partnerships

For three days, the university's halls will transform into an open and interactive space, welcoming graduates and job seekers for direct interviews with representatives from approximately 30 leading companies and institutions. This broad participation reflects the private sector's confidence in the university's educational outcomes and its desire to attract young talent.

Through this ongoing movement, the university seeks to “create a career path” for young men and women, not only through employment, but also by empowering them with the tools to compete and understand market dynamics, thus enhancing the position of educational institutions as one of the main drivers for supplying the national economy with specialized competencies capable of leading the future.
