The Governor of Al-Ahsa inaugurates the upgraded Salmaniya Ambulance Center with modern technologies
As part of ongoing efforts to enhance the efficiency of the healthcare sector and improve quality of life, His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Talal bin Badr, Governor of Al-Ahsa , inaugurated the upgraded Salmaniya Ambulance Center, a result of an community partnership between the public and private sectors. This project aims to strengthen ambulance services in the governorate and equip them with the latest technologies and qualified personnel to serve residents and visitors around the clock.

The opening of the new center, attended by the Director of Red Crescent Authority's Al-Ahsa office, Dr. Fahd Al-Dosari, is a strategic step to keep pace with the urban expansion and population growth witnessed in Al-Ahsa Governorate, the largest governorate in the Eastern Province. The Saudi Red Crescent Authority is working diligently within the framework of the National Transformation Program and the Kingdom's Vision 2030 to reduce response times to emergencies, the gold standard in emergency medical services, as every minute saved contributes to saving lives and reducing health complications.
