A new era of smart services
The conference witnessed the Ministry of Interior's announcement of a package of innovative digital launches that transform the "Absher" platform from a mere e-services portal into a proactive smart assistant. Foremost among these launches was the "Absher Assistant" service, which utilizes artificial intelligence to enable users to complete their transactions through natural commands, thus facilitating an unprecedented user experience.
The “Comprehensive Field” system was also unveiled, designed to digitally unify field security operations, along with the “Security Chats” service for encrypted communication among ministry personnel. To enhance decision-making, the ministry launched the interactive “Talk to Your Data” interface, in addition to the “Central Reporting Database,” which utilizes artificial intelligence to analyze 911 emergency calls, thereby increasing response speed and efficiency in handling emergencies.
