73 companies approved to serve domestic pilgrims during Hajj 1447 AH

The ministry explained that the accreditation of these companies comes after they have met the approved requirements and standards, which include regulatory and operational aspects, in addition to their readiness to provide integrated services that include housing, transportation, accommodation and support services, which enhances the efficiency of the Hajj system and raises the level of service provided to pilgrims.
Accredited companies
The Ministry urged those wishing to perform Hajj to consult the list of accredited companies and contract with them through official channels. It emphasized that this ensures the protection of rights and allows pilgrims to benefit from the services provided with ease and peace of mind. The Ministry also warned against dealing with unlicensed entities due to the potential risks related to service quality or the loss of rights.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah had previously revealed significant improvements in its services, particularly in the area of digital transformation. Electronic platforms for booking and contracting have been enhanced, enabling pilgrims to review available packages, compare them, and choose the most suitable option based on their needs. The transactions are documented electronically, guaranteeing the rights of all parties.

Integrated solutions
This season, service packages have diversified to cater to different needs in terms of service level and cost, offering integrated solutions that include accommodation in various locations, multiple transportation options, and catering and on-site support services. This contributes to enhancing the pilgrim experience from the moment of contracting until the completion of the rituals.
Regarding quality, the Ministry has strengthened its monitoring and follow-up mechanisms by implementing performance indicators to measure the level of services provided by companies and ensure their compliance with approved standards. Furthermore, communication channels and customer service are available around the clock to receive inquiries and address feedback immediately.
Official channels
The Ministry also emphasized the importance of pilgrims adhering to the regulations and instructions governing the Hajj season and using official channels for all procedures. This contributes to a well-organized and safe Hajj journey and enhances comfort and peace of mind while performing the rituals.
These steps underscore the commitment to developing the domestic pilgrim services system by increasing operational efficiency, improving service quality, and expanding digital solutions to meet pilgrims' expectations and enhance their overall experience.
