17 outlets in 10 countries... The Ministry of Interior expands the services of the "Makkah Route" initiative

These are the Kingdom of Morocco, the Republic of Indonesia, Malaysia, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the People's Republic of Bangladesh, the Republic of Turkey, the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire, the Republic of Maldives, and for the first time the Republic of Senegal and Brunei Darussalam.
“Makkah Route” initiative
The “Makkah Route” initiative aims to facilitate the Hajj journey by providing high-quality services to pilgrims from the countries benefiting from it, by receiving them and completing their procedures in their countries easily and conveniently, starting with issuing the Hajj visa electronically, passing through completing passport procedures at the airport of the country of departure, after verifying the availability of health requirements.
In addition to coding and sorting luggage according to the transportation and accommodation arrangements in the Kingdom to facilitate their transfer immediately upon arrival in the Kingdom directly to buses to take them to their places of residence in the Makkah and Madinah regions, via dedicated routes, while the partner agencies take care of delivering their luggage to them.
Serving the guests of God
It is worth noting that the Ministry of Interior is implementing the initiative for the eighth year in cooperation with the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Health, Hajj and Umrah, and Media, as well as the General Authority of Civil Aviation, the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), and the General Authority for Endowments.
The initiative also includes the Guests of God Service Program and the General Directorate of Passports, in partnership with the digital partner (stc Group). Since its launch in 1438 AH (2017 CE), the initiative has served 1,254,994 pilgrims.
