The Islamic University enabled 700 international students to perform the Hajj pilgrimage

launched The Islamic University of Madinah, in collaboration with its scholarship fund and several donors, Hajj. This initiative complements the "Hajjat al-Islam" (Pilgrimage of Islam) program, organized and overseen by the Deanship of Student Affairs, which will enable 200 students representing 40 nationalities to perform Hajj, bringing the total number of beneficiaries to 700.
These initiatives are an extension of the university's commitment to supporting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's extensive efforts in serving pilgrims and embody its mission to care for students from around the world, enabling them to perform Hajj in a spiritually enriching and well-organized environment.
Promoting the values of Islamic brotherhood
The university affirmed that the two initiatives reflect its concern for its international students and its keenness to promote the values of Islamic brotherhood and cultural communication between peoples, through quality programs that contribute to enriching the students’ scientific and faith-based experience during their stay in Madinah.
