She explained General Authority for the Care of Affairs The Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque: Guidance teams provide informational support and answer inquiries around the clock in several languages, in addition to organizing crowds and assisting the elderly and people with disabilities inside the Prophet’s Mosque, which contributes to facilitating movement and raising the quality of services provided to the guests of God.

These efforts are part of the organizational and guidance work aimed at improving the efficiency of movement within the mosque and facilitating visitors’ access to various destinations and services.
