has announced Britain it will contribute drones,fighter jets , andwarships to a mission to secure the Strait of Hormuz.
According to Al Arabiya, the mission will be multinational, defensive, and independent.
The report also indicated that the mission in the Strait of Hormuz will be supported by new funding of £115 million.
She continued: We will contribute Typhoon fighter jets and the warship Dragon to a mission to secure the Strait of Hormuz, in addition to mine detection equipment.
Trump has run out of patience
A US official said that President Donald Trump has run out of patience with the continued closure of the Strait of Hormuzand is considering resuming military action against Iran.
According to Al Arabiya, CNN quoted sources saying that divisions within the Iranian leadership are preventing it from making major concessions.
