• ساعده على التكيف مع حالته وتجاوز أثر الصدمة، واحتوائه.
• شجعه على الالتزام بخطته العلاجية لتحقيق أفضل النتائج الصحية.
• اهتم بنمط حياته اليومي ودعمه في تبني عادات صحية.
• قدم له الدعم النفسي لتعزيز جودة حياته.

ضوابط يلتزم بها مقدم الخدمة

يلتزم مقدمي خدمات الرعاية الصحية ضمن وثيقة الضمان الصحي بعدة ضوابط، تشمل:

• تقديم الخدمة الصحية وفق ما هو متفق عليه في وثيقة الضمان الصحي الإلزامية.
• التقديم الخدمة عبر الشبكة الطبية المعتمدة، دون فرض رسوم إضافية غير نظامية.
• عدم طلب أي مبالغ نقدية مقابل الخدمات المشمولة في الوثيقة.
• الالتزام بنسبة التحمل المحددة، إن وجدت، وفق حدود التغطية.
